Our story

Greetings: "Tere tulemast Dominate Sales’i!” Welcome to Dominate Sales! Our journey started in the heart of Estonia, a country known for its innovation and tech-savvy approach, and a home to Pipedrive.

In 2010, Pipedrive, a promising startup, was born. Three years later, two sales enthusiasts, Kaspar and I, discovered Pipedrive while working for a credit software company. We immediately fell in love with its capabilities. Little did we know that this encounter would set the stage for our entrepreneurial journey.

Fast forward three years of hard work and success, and we found ourselves in a unique position. Our clients were so impressed with our sales expertise that they began seeking our guidance for their own teams. After numerous requests, we made the pivotal decision to leave our jobs and establish a sales training and consultancy firm.

Our initial projects revealed a critical insight: to truly enhance a company’s sales performance, we needed to approach the entire system of sales success comprehensively. This encompassed not only training the sales reps, but also optimising the salary system,  improving management skills, and selecting the right CRM. 

While we could train and coach individuals, the absence of a robust tool for managing leads, tracking progress, and analysing data limited our impact. We understood that to elevate our clients to the pinnacle of success, we needed to equip them with the finest CRM, teach them the art of goal setting and time management, and empower their leaders to manage their teams effectively.

Fortunately, by that time, we had already identified the ideal CRM solution – Pipedrive. On November 21, 2016, we met with Arho and Martin from the newly-formed Pipedrive Partner Program unit. Since then, we’ve been passionately implementing and customising Pipedrive for those in need. As one of the earliest partners in the industry, we proudly share our Estonian roots with Pipedrive.
